This morning as I was trying to catch up the on mounds of laundry that needed to be folded, Ryan came up to me and said "let's dance, okay mommy!" I wanted to say no because I was in a groove with folding (is there such a thing?) but I caved and turned on the tunes!
I knew which song was perfect for our little dance off. I found it the other day while blog hopping. There is this program called Mix-It and it creates a cassette tape with the songs you wish to put on it. How fun and 80's is that?! I need to in my spare time (ummm is there such a thing?) check out this site and mix up a good tape to post here someday.
Thanks to My Stay-at-Home Momma Drama for the mix-it tape we used to have our fun this morning! You can visit her fun blog HeRe.
As you will see my darling little man is quite the dancer...don't know where he gets his moves because both Chris and I are challenged in this department (just ask our many friends!). Sorry the video is horizontal not vertical...I didn't download it properly. Just tilt your head to the left a little and it will look better. See not so bad....don't worry, it's not that long to create a kink in your neck, I promise. :)
Oh and YES...we need to get this poor child's hair cut. It's on one of my many lists of TO-DO's.
Here ya go...YOUR HAPPY FOR THE DAY!

That was awesome! Go Ryan and poor Kara probably didn't know what was going on hee hee!
Super funny! Found you from your comment on My Stay-at-Home Momma Drama. Great dance routine from your son. I think you have a future So You Think You Can Dance contestant on your hands. :)

This totally made my day! Your son is so cute and he looks much cuter dancing to that song than I do.
I love that book!
The shimmy and stomp had me rolling. Love it! Chloe's dances to music too, but it's more of a lay and kick move. Aaahhh, it makes me smile!
