I know this is totally out of the blue, but I saw your comment on Helene's post about the winter blues. I have the same problem, and have had a lot of success with a sun lamp.

It's a berry smoothie and she was eating peanut butter and jelly on wheat flatbread. Can you tell she loved lunch that day?
